Transformed a simple idea into a company with a mission with markets products and services. Researched the coffee industry and developed a corporate identity; recognized the key target market and developed a successful sales plans. Conceptualized the Beans for Hope identity, leading a design team through difficult logo design rounds to a final concept. Interviewed, hired, budgeted, and oversaw every aspect of our web development. Wrote the majority of all web content, blog content, print ad and marketing materials. Established a voice consistent with the mission of the organization. Designed professional- quality print documents including brochures, media pitches, company identity portfolios, large-scale print banner. Oversaw public relations volunteers and interns gaining placement with area print, internet and radio media. Developed a financial transaction system, creating protocols for future employees, and utilized existing web technologies to create a functional invoice, production and shipping system.
